I personally don't believe that people or groups are modifying the weather on the scale of being able to move hurricanes, but I believe that it is possible and will be done as a matter of course in the next few decades. 

That being said, FEMA and every government agency are clearly working against the interests of the American people. Spending money on foreigners here illegally while they don't have money for us. FEMA is not emergency management anymore. If you just read their website they say their number one mission is to: "Instill equity as a foundation of emergency management." And their number two mission is to: "Lead whole of community in climate resilience."

Equity is another term for being racist against whites by the way. Now it all starts to make sense doesn't it? If they are incompetent, they should be abolished. If they are malicious, they should be abolished. 

It seems like the government has been sized by criminals who are looting the country for everything we are worth while they still have power.
